Those of you who attended the pipe dinner last Friday, I hope you enjoyed it. Those of you who did not attend the dinner or the show on Saturday, you missed a whole mess of killer pipes. Lucky for you we kept a few and you can check them out by clicking on the links below:
Ardor Pipes
Brebbia Pipes
Rinaldo Pipes
For those of you who are not familiar with Ardor, Brebbia or Rinaldo pipes...
Ardor pipes are a high grade, handmade briar pipe from Italy. They are produced by father and son team, Dorelio and Damiano Rovera. I acquired my first Ardor at the show Saturday and found it to be a great smoke as well as a beautiful handcragted piece.
Brebbia pipes are a machine carved pipe from a small Italian company. Because they are machine carved they are less expensive but still great smokes for the money as I can personally attest to. I purchased a Brebbia the last time Steve Monjure was in town for an event and smoke it nearly every day.
Rinaldo pipes are also a high grade, handmade briar pipe from Italy. Brothers Elio and Guido Rinaldo carve these amazingly beautiful pipes. I can't say enough about how well they smoke. I now have three Rinaldo pipes including one I picked up this Saturday.
Don't forget that this month's Pipe and Pint get together is this Wednesday, August 13th at the Skybox Grill & Lounge. We will be meeting in the back room a little after 7:00PM. Come join us for an evening of smoking and joking.
