As you may have noticed we had to raise prices on our bulk tobaccos this year but we are still trying to keep them as low as possible.

The Saint Louis Pipe Show (officially known as the 20th Annual Gateway Area Pipe Show & Swap) is coming up on Saturday, February 16th.  It will be held at the Hilton St. Louis Airport from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

There is an international collaborative effort that has been developed by several organizations that deal in all "Matters of The Pipe". 'Smokers Forums', 'Global Pipe Smokers Forums', and 'The Pipe Club of Lebanon' are the main contributors that are working to heighten awareness of the virtues of Pipes, Pipe Collecting, Tobaccos, and most importantly, our shared love of this contemplative endeavor.  To that end they are proposing an event that will be celebrated every 20th day of February, heralded as "International Pipe Smoking Day". Simply put, we are extremely enthused to be able to mark this day on our calendars and jointly share a bowl of tobacco across all international boundaries. It is not only our intent to share this time together, but also to increase the public's view, respect, and goodwill towards personal choice and intellectual time-honored traditions; to promote pipe-smoking as part of an enjoyable adult lifestyle.

In order to support this effort we are going to have all pipes on sale that day and will have donuts and a special coffee available.  We will also be gathering at the Skybox Grill and Lounge starting around 7:00PM to enjoy a pint and a pipe together.
